Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Gently stretch each triangle.
- Brush each triangle with garlic butter mixture (reserve half for topping). Sprinkle 2 tbsp mozzarella and 1 tsp Parmesan on each.
- Roll up from the wide end to the tip and place on baking sheet, seam-side down. Leave 2 inches between each.
- Brush tops with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool 2–3 minutes, sprinkle with remaining parsley, and serve warm with marinara for dipping.
