Prepare Chicken: If using raw chicken, season with salt and pepper, then sauté in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through. Let cool and dice.

Brush Flatbreads: Mix olive oil and minced garlic; brush evenly over flatbreads placed on a baking sheet.

Bake: Bake for 7–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
Prepare Salad: Toss Caesar salad mix while flatbreads bake.
Serve: Remove flatbreads from oven, top with Caesar salad, and serve immediately.
