Ingredients
  

4 flatbreads (naan, pita, or store-bought flatbread)
1–2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 bag Caesar salad mix (romaine, dressing, croutons)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, cherry tomatoes, lemon wedges

Method
 

Prepare Chicken: If using raw chicken, season with salt and pepper, then sauté in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through. Let cool and dice.
    Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
      Brush Flatbreads: Mix olive oil and minced garlic; brush evenly over flatbreads placed on a baking sheet.
        Assemble: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over flatbreads, then top with chicken pieces. Add optional crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
          Bake: Bake for 7–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
            Prepare Salad: Toss Caesar salad mix while flatbreads bake.
              Serve: Remove flatbreads from oven, top with Caesar salad, and serve immediately.
