Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch packet, minced garlic, and half of each cheese until combined.
- Place seasoned chicken thighs in the prepared baking dish.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture over and around the chicken.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
